PBL
Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) brings together the whole-school community to contribute to developing a positive, safe and supportive learning culture.
The framework helps to improve social, emotional, behavioural and academic outcomes for children and young people.
To assist students to become respectful, responsible and striving for personal best, Valley View Public School has adapted the PBL (Positive Behaviour for Learning) framework set out by the NSW DEC. PBL challenges and encourages schools to reflect on their systems and practices to determine if they are having a positive effect on student learning.
Valley View Public School promotes a community of innovation, opportunity and success. Students, staff and families contribute to a respectful and responsible school community. Our inclusive learning environments set high expectations for student achievement.
Orue is our PBL mascot.
